महिलाओं के आगे बढ़ने से परिवार व देश आगे बढ़ता है-धनंजय सिंह
भारतीय जनता पार्टी, सहकारिता प्रकोष्ठा के राष्ट्रीमय संयोजक श्री धनंजय सिंह ने आज अंर्तराष्ट्रीीय महिला दिवस पर कहा कि बदलते परिवेश में महिलाओं को और अधिक सशक्त बनाने की आवश्यंकता है, ताकि वे सहकारिता विकास में अपना योगदान दे सकें। अपने वक्ततव्यह में श्री सिंह ने आगे कहा कि सहकारिता को अपना कर महिलाएं स्वावलंबी बन सकती हैं। उन्हो ने सहकारिता विकास के लिए महिलाओं की विशेष भूमिका पर जोर दिया।
राष्ट्रीय संयोजक श्री धनंजय सिंह ने सहकारिता में महिलाओं के योगदान की अप्रतीम सराहना करते हुये आगे कहा कि आईसीए की ‘‘ग्लोकबल-300’’ रिपोर्ट के आधार पर विश्वल में सहकारी क्षेत्र के परिदृश्यल पर गौर करें तो हम पाते हैं कि दुनिया में 300 सबसे बड़ी सहकारिताओं का कारोबार एक खरब 60 अरब डालर तक पहुंच गया है जो कई बड़े देशों के सकल घरेलू उत्पाकद (जीडीपी) के बराबर है। रूस, ब्राजील, भारत और अफ्रीका की केवल चार प्रतिशत जनता ही निजी क्षेत्र की विभिन्नी कंपनियों की शेयर धारक है जबकि उनकी 15 प्रतिशत जनता सहकारी संस्थाकओं की सदस्यर है। केन्या के जीडीपी में उसकी सहकारी संस्थाकओं का योगदान 45 प्रतिशत में न्यू जीलैंड के जीडीपी में 22 प्रतिशत है।
वहीं भारत की स्थिति का प्रश्नक है तो अपनी छह लाख सहकारी समितियों के 25 करोड़ सदस्योंप के साथ भारत विश्व् में सहकारी आंदोलन का सिरमौर बन चुका है। अपनी कृषि आधारित ग्रामीण अर्थव्यकवस्थाक की तो यह रीढ़ की हड्डी माना जाता है, जिसमें महिलाओं की विशेष भूमिका है।
दक्षिण भारत में मत्य्हिल क्षेत्र की सहकारिताओं के सदस्योंी में 19 प्रतशित महिलाएं हैं। मत्य्ी सहकारिताएं अपनी शीर्ष संस्थाै ‘फिशकोफैड’ से जुड़ी हुई हैं। वह उन्हें् ऋण, नई प्रौद्योगिकी, मछली प्रसंस्कहरण और व्याीपार संबंधी अनेक सुविधाएं उपलब्धम कराती है। इसके साथ-साथ, ये शिक्षा-प्रशिक्षण से जुड़े कार्यक्रम और अनुसंधान परियोजनाएं संचालित करती है।
देशभर में श्रमिकों को ठेकेदारों के शोषण से बचाने के लिए ठेका, श्रमिकों और विनिर्माण क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों की 39 हजार से अधिक सहकारी समितियां कार्यरत हैं। उनके जिला स्तकरीय 215 संघ, राज्यर स्त1रीय 18 महासंघ और एक राष्ट्री य स्तकर का परिसंघ हैं। वन क्षेत्रों में वनोपज के संकलन, प्रसंस्करण, भंडारण और विपणन के क्षेत्र में वन श्रमिकों की 2700 से अधिक सहकारी समितियां कार्य कर रही हैं। आदिवासी क्षेत्रों में आदिवासी भी अनेक परम्पमरागत वस्तुरएं बनाते हैं। उनके कल्याकण और विकास में आदिवासी सहकारी विपणन विकास परिसंघ अहम भूमिका महिलाएं ही निभा रही हैं।
श्री सिंह ने महिला सशक्तीतकरण की भूरि-भूरि प्रशंशा करते हुये आगे कहा कि सहकारी क्षेत्र ने पिछले दो-तीन दशकों में ‘महिला सशक्ती करण’ की धारणा, लक्ष्य और आवश्याकता को पूरा करने में भी सराहनीय भूमिका निभाई है। इसकी देशभर में फैली छह लाख समितियों के सदस्योंई में बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं शामिल हैं। और, जब महिलाएं आगे बढ़ती हैं, परिवार आगे बढ़ता है, गांव आगे बढ़ता है और इस तरह देश आगे बढ़ता है।
भाजपा नेता श्री धनंजय सिंह ने आगे कहा कि आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार ने स्वंयं सहायता समूहों (एसएचजी) को भी सहकारी संस्थानएं मानते हुए कानूनी प्रावधान करके उनके सहकारी संस्थानओं के रूप में पंजीयन की अनुमति दे दी है। देशभर में लगभग 48 लाख स्व यं सहायता समूह कार्यरत हैं। वर्ष 2010-11 में बैंकों ने उन्हें 312 अरब रुपये से अधिक का ऋण प्रदान किया था। इन समूहों के सदस्यों में ज्या दातर महिलाएं हैं। इससे यह सिद्ध होता है कि महिला सशक्तीसकरण का कारवां आगे ही बढ़ता जा रहा है, जो अब कभी नही रूकने वाला है।
श्री धनंजय सिंह जी ने महिला सशक्तिकरण के बारे में बताया कि भारत की कुल आबादी का 50% महिलाएं हैं। लेकिन उनके आर्थिक, सामाजिक परिस्थिति आज भी दयनीय है। सहकारी समितियों स्वयं सहायता समूहों के गठन करते समय उसमें महिलाओं की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने और महिला प्रतिनिधियों को आह्वाहन करना चाहिये जो अपने-अपने प्रदेशों में महिलाओं को सहकारी क्षेत्र में जोड़ने और स्वयं सहायता समूह गठन करने के लिए प्रेरित करें।
भाजपा सहकारिता प्रकोष्ठर के संयोजक धनंजय जी ने लिज्जयत पापड़ में महिलाओं तारीफ करते हुये कहा कि 50 साल पहले 1959 में मुंबई में सात निरक्षर गुजराती महिलाओं नें वो काम कर दिखाया जिससे पूरा भारत ही नही बल्कि विश्वि हतप्रभ है।
उधार लेकर 80 रुपये से शुरू किया गया सहकारी उद्योग लिज्जत पापड़ जिसने धीरे-धीरे हर घर को अपना दीवाना बना लिया। भारत के एक कोने से दूसरे कोने तक. पापड़ मतलब लिज्जत....हो गया।
उन्होजने आगे जिज्ज।त पापड़ की सफलता में महिलाओं की विशेष सहकारितापूर्ण भूमिका बताया, आज भारत के कोने-कोने में करीब इसकी 72 शाखाएं हैं ...और लिज्जत पापड़ सहकारी उद्योग की आय पांच अरब रुपये से भी ज्यादा है। लिज्जत सहकारी उद्योग अब सिर्फ पापड़ ही नहीं बनाता उसके ब्रांड से अब आटा मसाले और साबुन जैसी चीज़ें भी निकल रही हैं और दुनिया भर में जा रही हैं। लिज्जत पापड़ की कामयाबी महिलाओं के सपने और इरादे की कामयाबी भी है।
